Job Summary
Join Auberge Collection as a Security Supervisor at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that standard operating procedures and internal work regulations are respected, with an emphasis on security procedures to prevent losses and accidents. You will lead daily shift meetings, conduct property tours to identify and correct vulnerabilities, support other departments, and coordinate operational strategies to cover critical access points.
Must Have
- Lead daily shift meetings and ensure security officers are aware of hotel operation information.
- Conduct tours of different hotel areas, identifying and correcting vulnerable areas, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts.
- Support departments that require it, in the operational aspect, to make guest service more efficient.
- Coordinate operational strategies to cover critical access points and necessary operational points within the property.
- Maintain professional and friendly ethical conduct with family members, guests, owners, and suppliers.
- High school education.
- First aid, fire, and evacuation courses.
- English 70% Oral and written.
- Office Suite 70%.

Job Description
Become one of the authors of our story. Join our team as a Security Supervisor at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Director of Security. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that standard operating procedures are respected, as well as the rules described in the Internal Work Regulations, as well as the rules of healthy coexistence of the different departments of the Hotel, emphasizing security procedures in order to avoid losses and prevent work accidents.

- Lead daily shift meetings and ensure security officers are aware of information related to the Hotel's operation.
- Conduct tours of the different areas of the hotel, identifying and correcting vulnerable areas, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts.
- Support departments that require it, in the operational aspect, to make guest service more efficient.
- Coordinate operational strategies, in order to cover critical access points and necessary operational points within the property.

Requirements
- High school.
