ORACLE PL SYSTEMS ANALYST - BARUERI/SP

This role ensures the Oracle EBS (BOSS) ERP system operates efficiently, meeting user needs and supporting business processes. The professional will provide functional support, monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders for improvements, configure the system, execute tests, support updates, participate in continuous improvement projects, and document processes. The goal is to ensure operational continuity, internal efficiency, and strategic goal achievement, adhering to health, safety, and environmental values.

Must Have

• Provide functional support to BOSS (ERP Oracle EBS) system users, clarifying doubts, solving problems, and providing training.
• Continuously monitor system performance, identifying and solving technical or operational failures.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and propose system improvements.
• Configure the system according to organizational requirements, including customization of workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Execute comprehensive tests of new configurations and functionalities.
• Support system version updates, integration tests, and functionality validations.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and IT initiatives for ERP evolution.
• Document processes, implemented solutions, and operational procedures.
• Experience with ERP System (Oracle EBS).

Ensure that the Oracle EBS (BOSS) ERP system is operating efficiently and effectively, meeting user needs and supporting the company's business processes. The objective is to ensure the company's operational continuity, contributing to internal efficiency and the achievement of strategic goals, always in compliance with the organization's health, safety, and environmental values.

As a professional, you will:

• Provide functional support to BOSS (ERP Oracle EBS) system users, clarifying doubts, solving problems, and providing training when necessary. Support may occur via Teams, phone, email, or in person.
• Continuously monitor system performance, identifying and solving technical or operational failures, including the correct opening and tracking of tickets.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business area needs, evaluating processes and proposing improvements in system usage.
• Configure the system according to organizational requirements, including the customization of workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Execute comprehensive tests of new configurations and functionalities, ensuring the quality of deliveries before release to the production environment.
• Support system version updates, integration tests, and functionality validations.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and IT initiatives aimed at ERP evolution.
• Document processes, implemented solutions, and operational procedures related to the system.

Qualifications

• Education: University student
• Specialization / Certification: Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
• Experience in the role
• Previous experience in other roles
• ERP System (Oracle EBS)
• Knowledge in project management
