Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Infra Ops – Systems Engineer (Citrix) with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Citrix and virtualization technologies. This is a hands-on executor role focused on daily operations, troubleshooting, and support in a global environment. The candidate will handle incident resolution, system monitoring, and user support, while continuously learning cloud adoption practices, AI-driven monitoring, and Parallel Client ROMI operations. The position requires availability for shift operations to support 24x7 business needs.

Must Have

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD / XenApp / XenDesktop)
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to StoreFront, Workspace App, and NetScaler Gateway (ADC)
  • Perform basic configuration and health checks of Citrix environments
  • Troubleshoot and assist in managing Parallel Client ROMI deployments and integrations
  • Support MFA authentication flows (Azure AD MFA, Okta, Duo, RSA) with Citrix logins
  • Work with Windows Server OS and Active Directory in Citrix environments
  • Assist with incident handling, problem logging, and ticket resolution via ServiceNow
  • Participate in routine monitoring, patching, and upgrades
  • Develop basic PowerShell scripts for repetitive tasks and reporting
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Citrix infrastructure (CVAD, StoreFront, NetScaler)
  • Knowledge of Parallel Client ROMI operations and troubleshooting
  • Basic experience in Windows Server administration, AD, DNS, DHCP
  • Exposure to MFA and SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity with VDI/DaaS concepts and user session troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in end-user and Citrix environments
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks and modern security practices
  • Familiarity with monitoring platforms (Splunk, Elastic, Citrix Director, ServiceNow dashboards)
  • Awareness of AI-driven monitoring and automation solutions (predictive analytics, noise reduction, self-healing)
  • Experience with automation/orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID for MFA, SSO, and conditional access integrations

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD / XenApp / XenDesktop)
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to StoreFront, Workspace App, and NetScaler Gateway (ADC)
  • Perform basic configuration and health checks of Citrix environments
  • Troubleshoot and assist in managing Parallel Client ROMI deployments and integrations
  • Support MFA authentication flows (Azure AD MFA, Okta, Duo, RSA) with Citrix logins
  • Work with Windows Server OS and Active Directory in Citrix environments
  • Assist with incident handling, problem logging, and ticket resolution via ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
  • Participate in routine monitoring, patching, and upgrades as directed by senior engineers
  • Develop basic PowerShell scripts for repetitive tasks and reporting
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and mentoring
  • Adapt to cloud-native concepts and AI-driven operations as part of learning and growth

What we are looking for:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Citrix infrastructure (CVAD, StoreFront, NetScaler)
  • Knowledge of Parallel Client ROMI operations and troubleshooting
  • Basic experience in Windows Server administration, AD, DNS, DHCP
