Internship: IT

This internship role at Infineon in Melaka, Malaysia, focuses on analyzing and resolving iDOC errors within the SAP PS (Production Scheduling) track. The intern will categorize errors, propose solutions, and document resolutions. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in IT or Computer Science with a minimum CGPA of 3.00, possess basic IT systems understanding, Excel proficiency, strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, and be self-motivated to learn and work independently.

Must Have

• Currently pursuing Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Basic understanding of IT systems and data flow concepts
• Familiarity with Excel or other data analysis tools for categorization and reporting
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Proficient in writing clear and structured documentation
• Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently under guidance

• Analyze iDOC errors in the SAP PS (Production Scheduling) track, categorize them into defined groups, developed proposals for handling these errors and document the resolution for future reference
