This role is accountable for overall Production Logistics & Planning (PLP) functions, including 26-week demand management and efficient WIP flow management. Key responsibilities involve developing production schedules, supporting oneSAP PS system tasks, ensuring system stability, analyzing factory performance, and coordinating with various planning teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, excellent English proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Must Have

- Ensure stability of oneSAP PS system and DS/PS integration
- Analyze factory performance and prepare reports
- Interface with SCP planners and other teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Informatics, or Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain, or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Self-initiative with strong analytical skills and a systematic work approach
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Accountable for overall Production Logistics & Planning (PLP) functions, including 26-week demand management in partnership with the division, and ensuring efficient WIP flow management for manufacturing.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, material supply, staffing resources, and required volumes to meet demand while maximizing production quantity and quality.
- Support oneSAP PS system routine tasks, including wafer picking error checking and resolution, manual wafer picking, COP/COR submission and DC-level acceptance, customer lot request handling, MA plan order creation (AC pre-load), overdue order cleansing, and BCR workflow management.
- Ensure stability of the oneSAP PS system and DS/PS integration for manufacturing production schedule execution and dispatching.
- Analyze factory performance using monitoring and controlling frameworks, and prepare production performance reports.
- Interface with SCP planners (division), BE OPC, RP, MP, PSR, PLC, and IE teams for coordination and planning activities.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Informatics, or Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Self-initiative with strong analytical skills and a systematic work approach.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor backend manufacturing processes and industry landscape is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tableau is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Excel VBA, Python, SQL/Database) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels.
