Job Description

About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic leader to own and accelerate the growth of our Expert Contributor network–the specialized professionals who power our platform and drive value for our customers. This role sits at the critical intersection of supply operations, go-to-market strategy, and data-driven forecasting.

Our Expert Contributor network is the foundation of our business model. These contributors bring domain expertise across various fields to deliver high-quality work for our customers. As we scale, we need sophisticated systems to predict demand, source the right talent with the right skills, and ensure we're always ahead of customer needs across all segments and geographies.

You'll be responsible for building a predictable, scalable growth engine that treats expert supply as a strategic lever, not just a reactive function. This means working crossfunctionally to develop forecasting models that anticipate capacity needs, establish partnerships and sourcing channels that diversify our talent pipeline, design ramp plans that get contributors productive quickly, and create the operational frameworks that align our supply strategy with GTM execution. You'll work closely with Delivery Teams to ensure supply plans directly support delivery goals, maintaining the quality and velocity our customers depend on.

This is a high-impact role that partners closely with Delivery, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales to build systems and processes that will define how we scale. If you're energized by building 0-to-1 operations in ambiguous environments, love turning data into strategy, and want to shape the growth trajectory of a critical business function, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own demand forecasting to meet expert contributor growth targets, creating supply sourcing plans that balance budget considerations with measured outcomes
  • Ensure seamless coordination between supply operations and go-to-market execution, working closely with delivery teams to meet quality and velocity goals
  • Develop scalable sourcing strategies to support growth across global markets, measuring campaign efficacy and partnering with Marketing to optimize spend and ROI
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors and alternative sourcing channels to diversify and strengthen our talent pipeline
  • Collaborate to build ramp plans that align supply operations with forecasted demand, ensuring contributors are productive at project kick-off
  • Partner with Analytics to develop robust models and queries for supply prediction, capacity planning, and resource optimization
  • Drive critical growth initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and GTM teams
  • Present regular progress updates to executive leadership, contributing to company strategic direction and resource allocation strategic decisions
