Basic functions involve timely updating of account holder data and all information related to data changes.

Must Have

  • Technical or university degree in Systems, Administration, Finance or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Database administration and management
  • Ability to create and apply databases for internal processes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in information handling
  • Ability to work under quality guidelines and established timelines
  • Enter information into databases ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support the updating and administration of databases to maintain their integrity
  • Ensure timely updating of client requests related to the entry of account holders into the database
  • Perform timely updating of account holder data
  • Keep all information related to data changes updated

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
