Must Have

  • Professional degree in administrative, financial, or related areas
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the financial sector
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial objectives
  • Solid knowledge in credit reports, financial risk management, and strategic account management
  • Experience applying consultative sales methodologies and commercial pipeline administration
  • Outstanding skills in project management, attention to detail, and task prioritization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital platforms for commercial management
  • Strategic focus, solid professional ethics, critical thinking, influence, problem-solving, results-oriented, and proactivity

What You'll Bring:

  • Professional degree in administrative, financial, or related areas, with complementary studies in commercial management or financial risk as added value.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the financial sector, preferably in solutions oriented to loan, credit or B2B businesses, with a proven track record in achieving commercial objectives.
  • Solid knowledge in credit reports, financial risk management and strategic account management, applying consultative sales methodologies and commercial pipeline administration.
  • Outstanding skills in project management, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish, with desirable English level (intermediate or higher) for interaction with clients and global teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM and digital platforms oriented to commercial management.
  • Strategic focus, solid professional ethics, critical thinking, ability to influence and effective problem solving, with high results orientation and proactivity to work in multidisciplinary teams.
