Intern, Data Science and Analytics

TransUnion is seeking an Intern for Data Science and Analytics. This hybrid, full-time internship in Hong Kong involves assisting with statistical data analysis projects across the account life cycle, preparing detailed documentation of research results, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field, demonstrated interest in financial services, solid programming skills in SQL, R, or Python, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Must Have

• Undergraduate degree in statistics, mathematics, business, finance, economics, or equivalent
• Demonstrated interest in statistics, mathematics or Financial Services (e.g., relevant internships)
• Solid programming skills
• Proficiency with a statistical language such as SQL, R or Python
• High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Assist in conducting projects related to the statistical analysis of data
• Assist in preparing detailed documentation specifications
• Facilitate or perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)

What You'll Bring:

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
