Job Summary
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) translates regional business goals into technical execution, focusing on platform maturity, delivery excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures alignment with regional priorities, stakeholder needs, and enterprise architecture. Key responsibilities include executing product and platform initiatives, managing dependencies, partnering with engineering and architecture teams, promoting shared services, and advocating for regional requirements while tracking metrics and providing transparency.

- Manage dependencies, align timelines, and ensure delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Define and track metrics to measure success.
- Partner with Solution Product Managers, Engineering, and Architecture teams to shape solutions.
- Collaborate with regional business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Influence stakeholders and negotiate trade-offs to balance feasibility and business impact.
- Promote reuse of shared services and reduce duplication across systems.
- Ensure foundational services like identity, data governance, and observability are integrated into regional platforms.
- Advocate for compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices.
- Maintain awareness of regional business priorities, regulatory constraints, and customer needs.
- Act as a voice for the region in technical forums and advocate for region-specific requirements.
- Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Establish feedback loops with regional leadership and global TPM teams.
- Track feature usage and performance metrics.
- Use data to inform prioritization and improve platform functionality.
- Strong foundation in product management within technical environments.
- Experience working in Agile teams using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of architecture principles and API-driven ecosystems.

TPMs are embedded across product lines and are responsible for ensuring alignment with regional priorities, stakeholder needs, and enterprise architecture.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
