SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Product Manager to define product requirements, structure complex problems into actionable epics and user stories, and prioritize the backlog to maximize business impact. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders, contributing to product discovery, research, validation, and performance monitoring, while ensuring smooth product delivery and continuous improvement aligned with market trends and business objectives.

Must Have

  • Define and develop product vision
  • Decompose complex problems into epics and user stories
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Ensure clarity, completeness, and readiness of requirements
  • Participate in product discovery, research, and solution validation
  • Monitor product performance and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Maintain product documentation and support release activities
  • 5+ years in Product Management
  • English and Russian (upper-intermediate)
  • Strong skills in requirements definition and backlog management
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Analytical and data-driven approach
  • Proactive attitude and strong ownership

  • Experience in fintech products
  • Experience with payment systems and integrations
  • Understanding of payment flows, transaction lifecycle, and related risks

About Product:

SOFTSWISS Casino Platform

Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operations

Purpose of the role:

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define product requirements, structure complex problems into actionable epics and user stories, and prioritize the backlog to maximize business impact.

Your proactive mindset, analytical approach, and deep understanding of the iGaming and fintech domains will help ensure smooth product delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with market trends and business objectives.

You’ll also contribute to product discovery, research, validation, and performance monitoring, while maintaining clear documentation and supporting release activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and develop product vision in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
  • Decompose complex problems into epics and user stories
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value
  • Ensure clarity, completeness, and readiness of requirements for development
  • Participate in product discovery activities, research, and solution validation

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
  • Experience in iGaming products is highly desirable
  • English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
  • Strong skills in requirements definition and backlog management
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to structure complex problems and propose effective solutions
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making
  • Proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset
