This role involves selling hardware and software solutions, managing contracts, and supporting sales teams, requiring strong communication, perseverance, and travel.
Must Have

Job Description
The Jr. Account Manager is responsible for working with local government public safety accounts in the West Region to drive new business opportunities and sales. This position sells public safety hardware and software solutions directly to customers within their designated accounts. This position will also support trade shows/event planning, managing contracts, as well as providing sales team assistance and support for identified key accounts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prospect and develop new opportunities to meet/exceed quotas and other sales objectives by regularly meeting with customers in person and remotely
- Actively collaborate and strategize with key Account Executives to increase and capture sales within the West Region
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time in the territory

- Possess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Perseverant; works hard and handles objections well
- BA/BS in business or marketing preferred
