Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager for a Student position within the TLV PMO department. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and initiatives, offering hands-on experience in project planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within a global company. Responsibilities include collaborating on project timelines, maintaining documentation, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating team meetings.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with project leaders to define program timelines and deliverables
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure alignment with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges
  • Support in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success and outcomes
  • Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Be accountable for fluent coordination between the teams as needed
  • Be a 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial & Management engineering
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Exhibit ability to collaborate within a team while managing independent tasks
  • Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Good to Have

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools)
  • Experience leading people

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager for a Student position to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is passionate about learning how to manage cross-functional teams in a global company. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Project Cost/Schedule: Collaborate with project leaders to define program’s timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure alignment with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges to ensure smooth execution
  • Support in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success and outcomes
  • Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Be accountable for fluent coordination between the teams as needed.

Basic Requirements

Skills/Experience

  • 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial & Management engineering.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools) is an advantage
