Are you an experienced Property Manager who enjoys working independently? Heimstaden is seeking a service-oriented and practical individual for their team in Eskilstuna. In this role, you will be responsible for efficient property management, handling tenant fault reports, and performing varied tasks. Key duties include ensuring properties are clean, functional, and well-maintained through regular inspections, troubleshooting appliances, managing minor plumbing, heating, and ventilation issues, conducting planned maintenance, ensuring fire safety, reviewing invoices, and performing move-out inspections. You will work efficiently using digital tools to plan and manage your assignments.
Must Have
- High school education and/or vocational training, preferably in property management or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, Property Technician, or Repairman
- Good computer skills and experience with digital tools
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- B driving license
- Self-reliant and responsible with the ability to plan your day and week
- Solution-oriented and practical
- Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Social competence and attentiveness for professional tenant interaction
- Ability to adapt quickly to new conditions in a changing environment

Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you are responsible for service-oriented and efficient property management. You handle fault reports from tenants, and your workdays are varied with different types of assignments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that our homes are pleasant by being complete, clean, and functional, both in and around the houses. You conduct regular rounds and address what is discovered.
- Troubleshooting/simple installations of white goods.
- Handling simple plumbing issues.
- Handling simple operation/heating and ventilation issues.
- Working with planned maintenance and proactive measures.
- Ensuring that fire safety requirements are met.
- Reviewing invoices and making material purchases.
- Conducting move-out inspections and related orders.
You start your workday at our office in Eskilstuna and then go out to the properties you are responsible for, where you handle your errands and conduct rounds.
You work efficiently with the help of digital tools, which gives you a good overview of your assignments and makes it easy to plan your day. Both case management and inspections are done via an application on a mobile or tablet.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, Property Technician, or Repairman.
- It is meritorious if you have knowledge in locks, white goods, electricity, heating/operation, and ventilation.
- Good computer skills and experience with digital tools.
- Good Swedish and English in speech and writing (more languages are a plus as our tenants come from all corners of the world).
- B driving license is required.
