Backoffice Reservations Employee (m/f/d) Full-time

Located in the heart of Berlin, directly at Alexanderplatz, this role supports popular restaurants like BEAST Berlin, Jäger & Lustig, and Fischer & Lustig. The Backoffice Reservations Employee will handle phone and written reservations, ensuring guests anticipate their visit. Responsibilities include charming and competent guest consultation, creating offers, and designing menus in consultation with kitchen chefs, while maintaining professionalism even under high workload.

Must Have

• Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
• German and English language skills
• Passion for professional consulting and sales
• Experience with MS-Office programs

Good to Have

• Experience with OpenTable and gastronovi

For our renowned restaurants BEAST Berlin, Jäger & Lustig, and Fischer & Lustig, we are looking for a friendly and committed employee (m/f/d) for processing reservations in the back office as soon as possible.

Already on the phone, you ensure that our guests can hardly wait for their visit to our restaurants. Through your charming and competent advice, you promise an unforgettable culinary experience in advance.

You also communicate flawlessly in writing and leave no questions unanswered.

In consultation with our head chefs, you create offers and design menus.

Even with an increased workload, you keep an overview and remain professional.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing
• Language skills in German and English required
• Passion for professional consulting and joy in sales
• Experience with common MS-Office programs
• Experience with OpenTable and gastronovi is an advantage
