We are seeking a Hostess/Service Staff (m/f/d) for our Steakclub on Alexanderplatz. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, managing phone reservations, selling merchandise, seating guests while highlighting specials, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.

Must Have

• Warmly welcome and greet guests
• Take phone reservations
• Sell merchandise
• Seat guests in dining and bar areas, highlighting specials
• Ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay
• Passionate host
• Good communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Very good English and German language skills

Good to Have

• Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
• Additional languages are an advantage

Job Description

We are looking for Reception staff / Host (m/f/d) for our Steakclub in Berlin on Alexanderplatz as soon as possible.

• Selling merchandise
• Seating guests in the dining and bar areas with a friendly hint about the highlights
• Ensuring a positive and pleasant experience for our guests throughout their stay

Qualifications

• Passionate host
• Good communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
• Very good English and German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
