Job Summary
Pirates Berlin is a unique club-restaurant located directly on the Spree in Berlin, offering an exceptional ambiance across multiple levels including a sun deck, large terrace, and a three-story indoor area. It's a popular spot for dining, drinking, and celebrating among locals and tourists. The caretaker/facility manager will be technically responsible for all areas of the house, including maintenance, repair of technical systems, coordination of external companies, waste management, and documenting activities.
Must Have
- Experience in craftsmanship
- Driver's license
- Proficient German language skills
- Willingness to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends

Job Description
- Technical responsibility for all areas of our house
- Maintenance of building and event technology
- Inspection, maintenance, upkeep, and repair of technical systems and facilities
- Coordination of external companies, supervision of external work
- Provision of waste bins and containers for regular waste collection
- Identification of defects and rectification of damages in consultation with management
- Documentation of performed activities
Qualifications
- Experience in craftsmanship
- Driver's license
- Proficient German language skills
