Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive appointments, MQLs, revenue, and retention. This role involves identifying new email marketing strategies, collaborating with segment marketing managers and sales leadership to establish retention marketing plans, and proactively identifying new campaign opportunities. The specialist will also monitor market segments and address sales and revenue variances.
Must Have
- Develop strategy and execute Marketing campaigns to drive appointments, MQLs, revenue, and retention
- Identify new email marketing strategies for effective campaigns
- Work with segment marketing managers and sales leadership on retention marketing plans
- Develop marketing plans based on market segment understanding
- Proactively address sales and revenue variances
- Proactively identify and champion new campaign opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years marketing experience focusing on demand generation
- Competence with marketing complex solutions to professionals in a B2B environment
- Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend and position products to optimize revenue potential
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent follow through, attention to details and time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Develops strategy and executes Marketing campaigns in a mix of channels to drive appointments, MQLs and ultimately revenue and retention
- Identify new email marketing strategies to ensure that the most effective offers, copy, platforms, and creative are incorporated into campaigns and deliver a compelling message.
- Works closely with segment marketing managers and sales leadership to establish the retention marketing plan, campaign priorities and relevant tactics.
- Develops marketing plans informed by a deep understanding of assigned market segment and actively monitors, communicates, acts upon changes relevant to customer and competition
- Proactively addresses sales and revenue variances for markets assigned – both short and projected long-term
- Proactively identifies and champions new campaign opportunities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent
- 5+ years marketing experience focusing on demand generation
- Advertising agency or experience working in a complex, matrixed organization a plus
- Competence with marketing complex solutions to professionals in a B2B environment
- Experience with: Eloqua, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend and position products to optimize revenue potential
- Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a positive and supportive manner
