In this role, you will be in daily contact with our customers, playing a key role in their satisfaction and trust in our solutions. As the first point of contact, you will handle diverse questions professionally and customer-oriented. You will resolve functional questions about Tax & Accounting software, build product knowledge, analyze recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Must Have

  • Handle customer questions via tickets, chat, and phone.
  • Solve functional questions about Tax & Accounting software.
  • Build in-depth product knowledge, supported by training and colleagues.
  • Analyze recurring questions and identify structural bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to process improvements for faster and smarter customer assistance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within support and other teams, escalating when necessary.
  • Develop towards second-line support and broader applicability across multiple products over time.
  • Affinity with customer service and digital (SaaS) products.
  • Analytical ability to understand and solve customer questions.
  • Structured work approach and ability to maintain overview.
  • Clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
  • MBO+/HBO thinking level.
  • Dutch is the working language.
  • Customer-oriented and takes initiative.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, calm under pressure, and switches tasks smoothly.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and enjoys teamwork.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Basecone and/or Twinfield.
  • Reasonable/good knowledge of English in an international context.

What will you do?

  • Handle customer questions within support via tickets, chat, and phone.
  • Solve functional questions about our Tax & Accounting software.
  • Build in-depth product knowledge, step by step supported by training and colleagues.
  • Analyze recurring questions and identify structural bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to process improvements to help customers faster and smarter.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within support and other teams and escalate where necessary.
  • Eventually grow into second-line support and broader applicability within multiple products.

Your skills and profile

  • You have an affinity for customer service and digital (SaaS) products.
  • You have analytical skills to understand and solve customer questions well.
  • You work structured and maintain an overview, even with multiple questions simultaneously.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience with Basecone and/or Twinfield is a strong plus.
  • You are open to continuously learning and deepening your knowledge.
  • You have MBO+/HBO thinking level.
  • Dutch is the working language, reasonable/good knowledge of English is a plus in an international context.
