Job Summary

As an E-Commerce Manager at Libra, a part of Wolters Kluwer's Legal & Regulatory Division, you will manage the existing e-commerce offering and lead its rollout across multiple European countries. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion for the e-commerce product. Your responsibilities include designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments, optimizing onboarding processes, improving the free-trial funnel, and promoting product usage through the Libra Academy.

Must Have

  • Support sales management in optimizing the e-commerce funnel from signup to conversion.
  • Support the e-commerce rollout in multiple European countries with local business units, finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify friction points and improvement potential.
  • Optimize and integrate e-commerce with CRM and financial tools for efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance on growth experiments (A/B tests, onboarding adjustments, landing page optimization).
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to align campaigns with in-product activation and upsell flows.
  • Promote product usage and retention by coordinating training content in the Libra Academy.
  • Monitor KPIs in acquisition, activation, and retention, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to growth playbooks, dashboards, and internal documentation.
  • Identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities to improve the online shopping experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Growth, Sales, Marketing, or Data in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Looker, Amplitude, GA4.
  • Solid understanding of product funnels, conversion optimization, and user activation.
  • Proficient in collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Very good English language skills.

Good to Have

  • German language skills (a plus).
  • Experience in Legal Tech, SaaS, or Professional Services.

E-Commerce Manager

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will work at Libra, a part of Wolters Kluwer's Legal & Regulatory Division. Within the Legal & Regulatory Division, we support legal and compliance experts in increasing their productivity, minimizing risks, and confidently solving complex problems.

About the Role

As an E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for managing the existing e-commerce offering and leading its rollout in several European countries in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory's local business units. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion for our e-commerce product. Your tasks include designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments – from optimizing onboarding processes to improving the free-trial funnel and promoting product usage through the Libra Academy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support sales management in managing and optimizing the e-commerce funnel – from signup to conversion.
  • Support the rollout of e-commerce in several European countries together with local business units, finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify friction points and potential for improvement.
  • Optimize and integrate e-commerce with other CRM and financial tools together with Finance and Sales Operations to drive efficiency and automation across the entire sales and financial workflow.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to conduct growth experiments (A/B tests, onboarding adjustments, landing page optimization).
  • Cooperate with Marketing and Sales to align campaigns with in-product activation and upsell flows.
  • Promote product usage and retention by coordinating training content in the Libra Academy.
  • Monitor KPIs in acquisition, activation, and retention – and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to growth playbooks, dashboards, and internal documentation.
  • Innovation & Growth: Identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities to improve the online shopping experience.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Growth, Sales, Marketing, or Data in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Data Literacy: Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Looker, Amplitude, GA4, or similar.
  • Growth Expertise: Solid understanding of product funnels, conversion optimization, and user activation.
  • Collaboration: Confident in dealing with product, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Curiosity & Experimentation: Passion for user behavior, testing, and growth strategies.
  • Communication: Very good English skills; German is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in Legal Tech, SaaS, or Professional Services (not required).
  • Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and motivated to test, learn, and implement quickly.

Collaboration

This is a hybrid role where you will spend at least eight days per month in our office to enjoy the benefits of in-person collaboration with colleagues.
