Junior Consultant, CCH Tagetik

CCH Tagetik is seeking new or recent graduates for a Junior Consultant role. This position involves supporting the specification, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of CCH Tagetik solutions. Consultants will translate customer requirements, define service scope, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions, potentially with hands-on product configuration. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, time management, and fluency in Italian and English, with a keen interest in consulting.

Must Have

• Support successful specification, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of CCH Tagetik solutions
• Understand and translate customer requirements
• Define service scope
• Configure and deliver solutions fit for purpose
• Provide innovative solutions and solve problems
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Good communication skills for customer-facing roles
• Capable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as on individual tasks with limited supervision
• Able to manage time effectively and record it accurately
• Fluent in Italian and English

Good to Have

• 6 months to 1 year of work or internship experience
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn basic database concepts

What You'll Be Doing:

• You will be responsible for supporting the successful specification, design, configuration, testing and deployment of CCH Tagetik solutions. This will be done by working with customer business and technical teams.
• Your primary activities will be to understand and translate customer requirements, define service scope, configure and deliver solutions that are fit for purpose for our customers. Hands-on product configuration may be required for this role.
• You will provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client's requirements. You must have a keen interest in developing a career in consulting, and depending on your skills and experience to date, you may be suited to work in one or more of the following areas – Statutory Consolidation, ESG, Budget and Planning.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Good communicator - you will be willing to assume a customer facing role, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Capable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as on your individual tasks with limited supervision.
• Able to manage your time effectively and record it accurately.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
