As an IT Financial Planning Analyst, you will act as a business partner for the IT Games teams. Your missions include supporting IT teams in the budget process and business planning, analyzing and presenting budgets, establishing and analyzing relevant financial indicators, collaborating on the evolution of budgeting tools, estimating and monitoring strategic investments, valuing the impacts of ongoing transformation projects, and preparing strategic plans and reports.

Must Have

  • Significant experience as a management controller/auditor or in financial analysis
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills (presentations to executives)
  • Rigor, proactivity, and autonomy
  • Sense of responsibility and organization
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Fluent / Bilingual English

Job Description

You will act as a business partner for the IT Games teams.

Specifically, your missions are as follows:

  • Budgeting process:
  • Support IT teams in the budget process and in their business plan;
  • Analyze and present budgets to IT teams and internal clients;
  • Implement and analyze relevant financial indicators for monitoring domains;
  • Collaborate on the evolution and improvement of budgeting tools;
  • IT cost modeling:
  • Estimation and monitoring of the team's strategic investments
  • Valuation of the impacts of ongoing transformation projects
  • Support IT teams in presenting these investments
  • Monthly closing process and analysis of actuals
  • Development of the 3-year strategic plan for your scope
  • Development and improvement of reports for internal and external IT clients;
  • Ad hoc analyses related to the priorities of the Financial Planning team, the needs of the teams, clients, or IT top management.

Qualifications

  • You have significant initial experience as a management controller/auditor or in financial analysis, ideally acquired in an international context;
  • Advanced skills in using the following Office products: Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Excellent communication skills (presentations to executives);
  • Rigor, proactivity, and autonomy;
  • Sense of responsibility and organization;
  • Analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Interest in the video game sector;
  • Fluent / Bilingual English

📍 Our offices are in Saint Mandé (line 1, Saint Mandé stop), gym on the premises. In application of our hybrid work model, 3 working days per week are performed from our Saint-Mandé offices, and 2 working days per week are performed remotely.

Recruitment Process

[30 minutes]: phone call with a Recruiter,

[60 minutes]: interview with the hiring manager and a Recruiter,

[60 minutes]: an Excel test to complete

[60 minutes]: interview with the CFO and the FP Manager of the Games teams,

[30 minutes]: a final discussion with the VP of IT Operations teams
