EliteBrain is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to work remotely, providing close and daily support to executives, directors, and senior leaders in strategic career processes, professional visibility, and positioning. This is a highly operational, dynamic role with constant interaction with high-level profiles, not a traditional administrative position. The ideal candidate will have professional presence, judgment, empathy, and discipline, capable of relating to executives, following structured processes, and maintaining confidentiality.
Must Have
- Previous experience as executive assistant, account manager, coordinator, junior consultant or similar roles
- Experience working with directors, managers or senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High capacity for organization and follow-up
- Comfort with professional social networks (especially LinkedIn)
- Ability to interact naturally and respectfully with executives
- Daily follow-up on structured processes
- Ability to accompany, organize, and execute activities consistently
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and professional treatment
- Support in managing and optimizing professional profiles (LinkedIn)
- Web research on executive world trends, labor market, leadership, business, and career
- Support in drafting messages, outreach, and professional content
- Use of digital tools and AI for process optimization, analysis, and writing
- Organization, follow-up, and completion of daily activities
