Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate and optimize administrative management systems and processes (e.g., official document circulation, meeting management, logistics support), promote system implementation and iteration, and improve administrative operational efficiency.
2. Responsible for the overall organization of important corporate meetings and activities, including meeting plan planning, agenda arrangement, material preparation, minute taking, and follow-up supervision of resolutions, to ensure effective implementation of meeting spirit.
3. Corporate logistics support, including office area management, fixed asset (office equipment, vehicles, etc.) management, canteen/dormitory operations, safety and fire protection, environmental hygiene, etc., to provide employees with quality office and logistics services and ensure normal operation of the enterprise.
4. Responsible for comprehensive internal and external coordination, liaising with government departments, industry associations, cooperative units, and various functional departments and production bases of the enterprise, coordinating and resolving cross-departmental and cross-domain issues in the operation process, and maintaining good internal and external cooperative relationships.
5. Lead corporate culture building work, plan and organize employee team building, anniversary celebrations, commendation conferences and other cultural activities, disseminate core corporate values, and enhance team cohesion; also responsible for basic external display and maintenance related to corporate brand image.
6. Complete other special tasks assigned by superiors, such as emergency incident handling, special research, important reception, etc.
