Job Summary

This role involves full lifecycle management of engineering projects, from initial planning and data collection to implementation oversight, quality and safety control, progress and cost management, and project closeout. The specialist will coordinate with various stakeholders, review designs and budgets, manage bidding processes, and resolve on-site issues to ensure project compliance and efficiency.

Must Have

  • Participate in full lifecycle management of engineering projects (planning, implementation, closeout)

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Major in Engineering Management, Engineering Supervision, Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering management or related fields
  • Proficiency in CAD software, engineering quantity calculation software, construction specifications
  • Knowledge of construction technology, quantity calculation, acceptance specifications
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, analytical problem-solving, hands-on ability, communication, coordination, and teamwork
  • Ability to use project management tools (CAD, Gantt chart, budget software)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the full lifecycle management of projects, including early-stage planning (data collection, plan formulation), process implementation supervision (construction supervision, problem coordination), and closeout (acceptance, asset transfer, archiving, post-evaluation).

2. Responsible for the coordination and management of preliminary geological survey, design, cost consulting, and supervision for engineering projects.

3. Responsible for the review and tracking of project design drawings and budget results.

4. Responsible for the preparation and review of technical requirements for project construction bidding, application for project procurement demand processes, and tracking of project bidding, opening, bid evaluation, contract signing, and other related work.

5. Responsible for construction process supervision and coordination: supervise construction procedures, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, resolve on-site technical issues, and manage the on-site technical aspects of various participating units.

6. Responsible for project quality control and safety management: inspect and track rectification of safety issues for all participating parties, inspect construction quality, and ensure compliance with national regulations.

7. Responsible for project progress and cost management: track and follow up on construction progress review, assist with budget preparation, and control project costs.

8. Responsible for the compliant execution of project contracts, assist participating units with factory entry and safety procedures, and assist with project reporting and approval procedures.

9. Responsible for documentation and acceptance: organize engineering documents such as construction drawings and change records, and participate in completion acceptance, settlement, asset transfer, and post-evaluation.

10. Responsible for on-site resource communication and coordination, cross-departmental coordination among participating parties, and ability to resolve sudden on-site issues.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Major: Engineering Management, Engineering Supervision, Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related majors.

3. Work Experience: 2 years or more of work experience in engineering management or related fields is preferred.

4. Professional Skills:

4.1 Proficient in CAD software, familiar with engineering quantity calculation software, and construction specifications.

4.2 Possess professional knowledge of construction technology, engineering quantity calculation, and acceptance specifications.

4.3 Proficient in using Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

4.4 Possess a strong sense of responsibility, analytical problem-solving ability, hands-on ability, as well as good communication, coordination, and teamwork spirit.

4.5 Professional certificates such as Constructor or Cost Engineer are preferred.

5. Competencies:

5.1 Possess on-site communication and coordination (cross-departmental collaboration), problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

5.2 Proficient in using project management tools (such as CAD, Gantt chart tools, budget software), capable of supervising the entire construction process, acceptance, and document management.
