Job Summary
The Branch Company Human Resources Manager (Property Management) is responsible for establishing and optimizing the branch's HR systems, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee care. This role involves developing and implementing HR management policies, processes, and guidelines, managing talent development, and guiding HR/administrative staff. Additionally, the manager oversees regional administrative affairs such as meetings, procurement, logistics, expenses, and archiving. Candidates should have over two years of HR experience, a full-time bachelor's degree, and be familiar with HR management and labor laws.
Must Have
- Responsible for building and improving the branch company's human resource system (recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee care).
- Establish, optimize, and supervise the implementation of regional HR management systems, processes, and guidelines.
- Manage talent pipeline selection and development, and guide HR/admin and project internal staff.
- Oversee regional administrative affairs (meetings, procurement, logistics, expenses, seals, archives).
- Under 38 years old, full-time bachelor's degree or above.
- Over two years of human resources work experience.
- Familiar with daily human resource management processes.
- Proficient in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Familiar with HR management systems and labor laws.
Good to Have
- Preferably majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Human Resources certificate holder preferred.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building and improving the branch company's human resource system, including recruitment system, training system, performance and compensation system, employee care system, etc.
2. According to the company's development, establish and optimize various human resource management systems, processes, and operational guidelines for the regional company, and supervise their implementation.
3. Responsible for the selection and development of talent pipeline within the region, and at the same time provide guidance for the work of human resources and administration system/project internal staff.
4. Overall responsibility for the regional company's administrative affairs management, such as meetings, procurement of materials, logistics, expenses, seals, archives, and other work.
Job Requirements:
1. Under 38 years old, full-time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related majors.
2. Over two years of human resources work experience, familiar with daily human resource management processes, with in-depth thinking and innovation in talent recruitment and introduction, compensation and benefits design, performance appraisal, training management, and employee relations modules.
3. Familiar with various human resource management systems and labor laws and regulations.
4. Human Resources certificate holder preferred.
