Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing ME model projects at production bases, including assisting with agreements, budget planning, and tracking infrastructure technical renovation projects. Key duties involve organizing factory planning and design, ensuring construction completion, and resolving production preparation issues to guarantee project delivery. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in project management, mechanical engineering, or vehicle engineering, and be familiar with automotive manufacturing and development processes.
Must Have
- Responsible for project management of ME model projects docking production bases
- Assist in signing infrastructure technical renovation agreements, OEM agreements, and other agreements
- Responsible for preparing and reporting infrastructure technical renovation project budget plans, and tracking project progress
- Responsible for organizing and promoting overall planning and factory design of production plants
- Coordinate with production bases and engineering construction departments to ensure factory construction is completed on schedule
- Responsible for problem management during the production preparation phase
- Lead and mobilize resources from various departments to solve problems, ensuring project delivery
- Bachelor's degree or above in project management, mechanical engineering, or vehicle engineering
- Familiar with automotive manufacturing project operation processes
- Familiar with automotive complete vehicle development process
- Familiar with automotive manufacturing production system
- Familiar with project management system

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project management of ME model projects docking production bases.
2. Assist in signing infrastructure technical renovation agreements, OEM agreements, and other agreements.
3. Responsible for preparing and reporting infrastructure technical renovation project budget plans, and tracking the progress of infrastructure technical renovation projects.
4. Responsible for organizing and promoting the overall planning and factory design of production plants, coordinating with production bases and engineering construction departments to ensure factory construction is completed according to planned nodes and finally delivered.
5. Responsible for problem management during the production preparation phase, leading and mobilizing resources from various departments to solve problems, ensuring project delivery.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from project management, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related majors.
2. Familiar with automotive manufacturing project operation processes, overseas work or study experience preferred.
3. Familiar with automotive complete vehicle development process, automotive manufacturing production system, project management system (legal and business experience preferred).
