Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Implementation Manager to join our growing team. You will lead client deployments, create and refine processes for scale, and collaboratively problem-solve to unlock and unblock. The ideal candidate is an organizer, builder, and team player skilled in marshalling stakeholders toward desired outcomes and constantly improving the world around them.

As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in the success of our B2B business and our ability to scale our membership from hundreds of thousands to millions.Applicants seeking an easy job, a big corporation, a slow pace, or predictable 9-to-5 hours need not apply. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B client implementations
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact from contracting through go-live.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation process, including planning, system configuration, content development, testing, and client management.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to set the program up for success.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate implementation metrics.
  • Build scalable implementation processes, templates, and workflows.
  • Solve complex problems
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to build capabilities, functionality, strategies, and workarounds that meet client needs and improve our delivery.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 5+ years in implementation, project management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent client manager, communicator, and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Problem-solver with an owner’s mentality, growth mindset, and positive attitude.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Experience managing internal systems and data (e.g., HRIS, ERP, CRM).
  • Background in employer benefits, wellness programs, digital health, or B2B2C.
