Job Summary
Join the Customer Support & Services team at Thales in Brest as a Customer Support Manager. You will be the technical-commercial interface for international clients, responsible for selling spare parts, repairs, and services, as well as handling quotation requests. Your role involves preparing and negotiating commercial offers, ensuring consistency between offers and orders, and managing sales prices and margins. You will also maintain commercial data, participate in client meetings, support Bid Managers, and identify new business opportunities.
Must Have
- Prepare and build commercial offers (spare parts, repairs, services) by evaluating client demand, quotes, costs, and deadlines.
- Convert offers into orders through negotiations with clients, ensuring consistency between the offer and the order.
- Capitalize commercial data in referenced tools (ERP, CRM) and update client commercial files.
- Participate in exchanges/meetings with clients to optimize commercial relations and ensure their satisfaction.
- Support Bid Managers in the overall construction of offers and manage the client portfolio, ensuring order and margin tracking.
- Contribute to commercial development by identifying and successfully pursuing new opportunities within your scope.
- Bac+5 degree in business school or equivalent with a commercial focus.
- Experience in commercial negotiation in direct contact with the client in an international context.
- Experience in preparing commercial offers.
- Proficiency in an ERP (ideally SAP), a CRM, and generally IT tools (Pack Office).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

The Brest site houses our digital services activities as well as Thales' expertise in development, integration, and maintenance for maritime patrol and surveillance systems, electronic warfare, sonar systems, and airborne anti-submarine warfare, as well as our digital services activities.
Join a passionate team within the Customer Support & Services Department of the Customer Support and Services Directorate (CSS) as a Customer Support Manager (M/F). You will be the technical-commercial interface for clients within your international scope, for the sale of spare parts, repairs, and services, as well as for quotation requests. Thus, you are responsible for establishing offers and negotiating, up to order placement, and are the guarantor of sales prices and margins as well as On Time Delivery (OTD) of offers.
Missions:
- Prepares and builds commercial offers (spare parts, repairs, services) by evaluating client demand, quotes, costs, and deadlines.
