Job Summary
You will join the Purchasing department, which includes 7 buyers, 2 of whom are located at the Etrelles site. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of the project supply chain by managing supplies, annual negotiations, dashboards, and transfers to production. Your daily missions include processing daily supply requests, verifying orders, setting up and maintaining dashboards, contributing to annual negotiations, and supporting technical validation and testing.
Must Have
- Process daily supply requests (price disputes, source research, SAP contract updates)
- Verify orders before signature and prepare approval forms
- Set up and maintain dashboards and indicators (coverage rate, price updates)
- Contribute to annual negotiations: price consistency, deadlines, and performance indicators
- Support PVET (technical validation and testing) and monitor FAI (First Article Inspection)
- Propose formats for product identity cards
- Process large quantities of information with Excel (pivot tables)
- Advanced Excel proficiency: VBA and charts
- Clear written and oral expression for communication with teams and suppliers
- Use of AI tools to support tasks

Your daily life
Located at the gates of Brittany, the Etrelles site is our center of excellence in microelectronics, bringing together development, production, integration, and testing activities. The site designs and manufactures microelectronic modules as well as integrated electronic sub-assemblies capable of operating in demanding environments.
You will join the Purchasing department, which includes 7 buyers, 2 of whom are located at the Etrelles site. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of the project supply chain by managing supplies, annual negotiations, dashboards, and transfers to production.
In this context, your missions are as follows:
- Process daily supply requests: price disputes, source research, SAP contract updates.
- Verify orders before signature and prepare approval forms.
- Set up and maintain dashboards and indicators (coverage rate, price updates).
- Contribute to annual negotiations: price consistency, deadlines, and performance indicators.

Your profile

Do you have the ambition to deepen your purchasing and supply chain skills on industrial projects?
You are in a BUT, a license or equivalent in purchasing and you have the following skills:
- Processing large quantities of information with Excel (pivot tables);
- Advanced Excel proficiency: VBA and charts;
- Clear written and oral expression to communicate with teams and suppliers;
- Use of AI tools to support tasks.
