As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Must Have

• Manage multiple projects concurrently with a focus on Digital Marketing cloud solutions.
• Work closely with North American clients, providing support aligned with EST and PST time zones.
• Apply project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and agile Scrum practices.
• Maintain rigor in project management best practices with Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI certification.
• Coordinate with IT application development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Drive innovative problem solving, conflict resolution, and detailed project coordination.
• Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with overall experience ranging from 8 to 16 years.
• Required MBA degree, with a background in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred.
• Required Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) combined with an MBA.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects and teams.
• Must have worked in Financial Sector / Investment Banking projects.
