The diversity and technicality of the systems and equipment mobilize expertise in more than 80 professions in defense, high-tech security, and digital services solutions.
Your profile
Holding a BAC+5 degree (Engineering school or university with a specialization in IT), you have broad knowledge of infrastructure and security technologies.
You have past senior project management experiences, and demonstrate rigor in terms of contractual management, planning, and resource management. These skills must enable you to successfully manage the execution of these projects, "on time delivery" and project budgets independently.
You have a strong capacity for organization, synthesis, and leadership. Furthermore, you guarantee a quality, long-term client relationship. Within the framework of your projects, you will be able to lead an integrated team in liaison with other project work package managers and with the client's project teams.
You have a crucial role in managing resources from different service centers. You must therefore be able to functionally lead project teams, and demonstrate great precision in your instructions and excellent communication with the teams and with management.
Your daily life (Program Manager responsibilities)
The Program Manager is responsible for monitoring and developing their scope. Their mission is mainly articulated around the following axes:
- Responsible for client interface and relationship:
They manage client relationships and master various interlocutors. They are responsible for client satisfaction across all different projects. They animate business review meetings with the client and Work Shop animations with the client.
- Responsible for offers & business development within their Program:
They drive the development of offers jointly with sales, partners, and the technical & consulting division of the BU. They identify and monitor opportunities (participation in Gate and Thales Services Numériques processes). They are responsible for the commitment to project design: RAO (Call for Tenders Response), Investigate, proposals, costing, milestones, deliverables, commitments...
- Responsible for operations monitoring and quality monitoring:
They act as Project Director: participation in COSTRA, risk monitoring, WPM (Work Package Manager) monitoring... They supervise the monitoring of Thales Services Numériques commitments and deliverables (On Time Delivery). They manage escalations and implement action plans in crisis situations. They guarantee project quality monitoring...
- Responsible for financial monitoring of Programs:
They perform financial monitoring and reporting for each project with the support of the division manager (invoicing, AVV pipeline, revenue, PC, cash flow...). They perform financial consolidation for their entire Program. They implement PCCA roadmaps and forecasts...
The topics covered are vast: Digital transformation and data management (Data Visualization, Analysis, Transport, etc.), Cybersecurity projects, Move To Cloud (on-premises platforms, AWS Cloud, Azure), Applications (ERP, Collaboration, etc.), Service Center...
This position interfaces with a varied audience: CISO, cyber expert, system and network administrator, etc., in an international context.
