Commercial Assistant

As part of its development in France and abroad, TVH is seeking a Commercial Assistant to support its sales team. The role involves actively contributing to sales growth through rigorous customer follow-up, managing customer files, handling sales administration from order entry to invoicing and shipping, maintaining close relationships with clients, group subsidiaries, and the field sales team, providing commercial support with product advice and new product presentations, and contributing to the company's brand image.

Must Have

• Actively contribute to sales growth through rigorous customer follow-up.
• Ensure complete management of customer files: creation, account updates, and adaptation of pricing conditions.
• Handle sales administration, from order entry to invoicing and shipping.
• Maintain a close relationship with customers, group subsidiaries, and the field sales team.
• Provide commercial support through product advice, presentation of new products, and follow-up on specific requests.
• Contribute to the dissemination and maintenance of the company's brand image.
• Demonstrate an excellent sense of service and a real taste for customer relations.
• Be organized and rigorous.
• Appreciate teamwork.
• Be comfortable with IT tools and sales administration processes.
• Mastery of French is essential.
