Job Summary
The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and managing suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment parts, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Key duties include business negotiation, contract signing, tracking procurement progress, and managing supplier payments. The role requires strong negotiation, supplier management, and data analysis skills, with a focus on fresh food factory procurement.
Must Have
- Develop, screen, assess, and integrate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment parts.
- Conduct business negotiations and sign contracts with suppliers.
- Track procurement progress and ensure timely, quality delivery of materials.
- Respond to internal department needs and manage urgent procurement matters.
- Monitor market dynamics, analyze supply/demand, and provide data for procurement decisions.
- Approve monthly supplier invoices and manage payment processes.
- Possess over 5 years of procurement experience, including 2+ years in procurement management.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation, supplier management, data analysis, communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with food factory procurement requirements and processes.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Development and Sourcing: Responsible for the development, screening, assessment, and resource integration of suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and related equipment parts across all categories, ensuring quality, achieving annual procurement cost targets, and reducing procurement risks.
2. Business Negotiation: Complete supplier negotiations and contract signing. Ensure the quality of incoming materials through regular online and on-site supplier audits. Familiarity with food factory procurement requirements and system processes.
3. Procurement Implementation: Based on procurement projects and production plans, procure responsible product materials, dynamically track procurement progress, and ensure timely, effective, and quality delivery of materials as planned.
4. Coordination and Communication: Internally, quickly respond to the needs of various departments to ensure production and project implementation. Externally, maintain good communication with suppliers (price comparison/inquiry/negotiation and bidding), and handle various temporary and urgent procurement matters.
5. Monitor market dynamics and price trends, analyze market supply and demand, provide data support for procurement decisions, and strive for favorable procurement prices and related contract terms.
6. Approve monthly supplier invoices and complete the submission of payment requests to the finance department, and clear historical invoices.
Other Requirements:
1. Experience in procurement for fresh food factories, with over 5 years of procurement-related work experience, including more than two years in a procurement management position.
2. Possess excellent negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities, effectively controlling procurement costs.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, upright character, and good professional ethics.
4. Possess good data analysis, communication, and coordination skills, and strong stress resistance.
