Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant operations management experience, strong communication, organization, and coordination skills, and expertise in enterprise management and project operations.

Must Have

  • Responsible for expanding, negotiating, undertaking, and operating environmental sanitation and new businesses
  • Formulate and decompose medium-to-long-term operational goals
  • Establish and improve operational management systems for environmental sanitation or property projects
  • Update operational management models based on industry developments
  • Build and perfect the company's organizational structure and management system
  • Integrate and coordinate internal and external resources to promote departmental collaboration and business synergy
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of operations management experience in environmental sanitation or property companies in China
  • Good professional ethics
  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Rich experience in enterprise management, system building, and project operations management

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the expansion, negotiation, undertaking, and operation of the company's environmental sanitation related businesses and new businesses.

2. In conjunction with the company's development, formulate medium-to-long-term operational goals for the company, decompose these goals, and develop effective measures to achieve them.

3. Establish and improve the operational management system for the company's environmental sanitation or property projects.

4. Timely update and improve the company's operational management model based on industry developments.

5. Establish and improve the company's organizational structure and management system, integrate and coordinate internal and external resources, promote departmental collaboration and business synergy, and achieve resource efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of operations management experience in environmental sanitation or property companies in China.

2. Possess good professional ethics and strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.

3. Have rich experience in enterprise management, system building, and project operations management.
