Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing, tracking, and executing medical gas engineering projects within the region to achieve annual sales targets. Key duties include engaging with general contractors, design institutes, and hospital infrastructure departments for business and technical discussions, managing bidding processes, building and leading a regional sales team, analyzing market information, and ensuring project delivery and payment collection while controlling risks.

Must Have

  • Responsible for regional medical gas engineering project development, tracking, and execution
  • Achieve annual sales targets
  • Lead business negotiations and technical exchanges with general contractors, design institutes, and hospital infrastructure
  • Organize and coordinate project bidding
  • Build and manage a regional business team
  • Collect and analyze market information, formulate regional market expansion strategies
  • Control project risks, ensure smooth project delivery and payment collection
  • Understand medical device laws and regulations and bidding procedures
  • Possess medical industry resources, especially with general contractors, design institutes, or hospital infrastructure
  • Excellent business negotiation and project management skills
  • Able to travel and withstand pressure
  • Independently signed ≥2 hospital infrastructure/medical gas/purification/ICU projects over 5 million CNY in the past 3 years
  • Led a team of ≥3 people with annual revenue collection ≥10 million CNY

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development, tracking, and implementation of medical gas engineering projects within the region, achieving annual sales targets.

2. Lead business negotiations and technical exchanges with general contractors, design institutes, and hospital infrastructure departments.

3. Organize and coordinate project bidding to ensure bid documents comply with laws, regulations, and technical requirements.

4. Build and manage a regional business team, cultivating professional technical sales talent.

5. Collect and analyze market information, formulate and implement regional market expansion strategies.

6. Control project risks to ensure smooth project delivery and payment collection.

Job Requirements

1. Understand relevant medical device laws and regulations and bidding procedures.

2. Possess medical industry resources, especially a network with general contractors, design institutes, or hospital infrastructure departments.

3. Excellent business negotiation and project management skills; team management experience is a plus.

4. Able to travel, possess strong stress resistance and self-learning ability.

5. No specific academic major required; backgrounds in Architectural Environment and Equipment Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and related fields are preferred.

6. Independently signed ≥2 hospital infrastructure/medical gas/purification/ICU projects worth over 5 million CNY in the past 3 years.

7. Led a team of ≥3 people with annual revenue collection ≥10 million CNY.
