Lionsgate is seeking a Coordinator for International TV Sales Strategy & Planning. This role supports the International TV Sales group, working with various teams like Sales, Finance, and Marketing to manage content pipelines and maximize sales in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions. Responsibilities include running reports, drafting availability notices, assisting with deal entry, maintaining sales reports, and compiling catalog lists for strategic initiatives.

Must Have

  • Run various reports using Lionsgate’s internal data management systems
  • Draft title availability notices for contractual content obligations
  • Assist with system deal entry and title clearances as needed
  • Maintain up to date internal title sales reports
  • Compile specific catalog lists for strategic sales initiatives and opportunities
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of TV distribution (Free TV, Basic/Pay, SVOD, AVOD)
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Curious and self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Passion for film and TV
  • Ability to learn quickly and ask clarifying questions as needed
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Airtable

Job Description

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, International TV Sales Strategy & Planning in the International TV Sales group. Our Strategy & Planning team works closely with Sales, Finance, Acquisitions, Marketing, Rights Management, Operations and other teams to manage Lionsgate’s content pipeline and maximize sales opportunities in various international markets. This is a support role working across the EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

  • Run various reports using Lionsgate’s internal data management systems including title avails, sales histories, budgets, etc.
  • Draft title availability notices for contractual content obligations
  • Assist with system deal entry and title clearances as needed
  • Maintain up to date internal title sales reports
  • Compile specific catalog lists for strategic sales initiatives and opportunities
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of TV distribution (Free TV, Basic/Pay, SVOD, AVOD)
