Your responsibilities as Senior Site Manager (The Job)

You will have operational responsibility for 5 offices in Mid-North Jutland, which provide the framework for nearly 1000 Rambøll colleagues and 10 employees of our subtenant. Furthermore, you will be ultimately responsible on the client side for all outsourced local services, including stationary and mobile services. You will be supported daily by our national operations manager and your other colleagues in Global Workplace Management (GWM).

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Be able to navigate a political environment and be skilled at selling your (and GWM's) good ideas and initiatives.
  • Participate in local decision-making forums as a representative for GWM and local operations.
  • Optimize processes and operations in collaboration with your colleagues and partners.
  • Support the analysis of data material where necessary.
  • Follow up on our FM-service providers as needed to ensure progress on tasks and minor projects.
  • Ensure financial follow-up and that budgets are adhered to.

  • Have an overview, are structured, detail-oriented, and have good abilities to prioritize.
  • Structured by nature, thorough, and like to plan ahead.
  • Can understand and lead change processes.

  • Natural assertiveness and ability to interact at multiple organizational levels. Concrete management experience will be seen as an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Good at creating relationships and have a great willingness to collaborate.
  • You are a very experienced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, as well as other relevant applications.

As a person, you have a positive, outgoing, and proactive approach, just as you prefer to be a team player. You thrive in an informal and solution-oriented international environment characterized by significant growth, change, and a fast pace.
