Job Description

Marketing Business Consultant

Do you want to help set the direction for marketing in a SaaS company where data, creativity, and business go hand in hand? Do you understand how to translate data and customer insights into strategies and campaigns that make a real difference – and do you have solid experience with Lead Generation and/or Performance Marketing? Then you might be the one we welcome as our new Marketing Business Consultant.

Your role in Marketing

As a Marketing Business Consultant, you will be Marketing's primary contact point for one of our three product teams. You will act as a link between Marketing and the business – and have the mandate to make decisions on behalf of Marketing.

The role is broad, covering strategic, tactical, and operational aspects. Based on the Product Team's goals, you will develop sharp marketing strategies in collaboration with your colleagues, drive campaigns forward, and follow up on agreed KPIs. At the same time, you will be responsible for the tactical and operational work within Lead Generation and/or Performance Marketing.

How you create value in the role

You will be the one who ensures direction, coherence, and progress – both in strategy work and in execution. Specifically, you will:

  • Hold workshops and develop marketing strategies in close collaboration with the Product Team.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute lead-generating campaigns across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany.
  • Define relevant KPIs and continuously monitor performance.
  • Contribute targeted campaign content with a focus on SEO/GEO.
  • Ensure successful launches of new product features for both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain our brand identity and tone of voice sharp and consistent across channels.
  • Proactively advise on lead generation and new market trends.
  • Manage tactical and operational responsibility for Lead Generation and/or Performance Marketing.
  • Report continuously to both the Product Team and Marketing.
  • Conduct minor market research and analyze data.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate strategies and results to stakeholders.

This makes you a strong match

You have a strategic and consultant-oriented view of things – but you are also the type who gets things done. Personally, you are creative, curious, and full of ideas, but also structured and detail-oriented. You get energy from building relationships across the organization and thrive in an environment where the pace changes, ambitions are high, and there is room for both focus and humor.

We are looking for you who have:

  • A relevant higher education in marketing, communication, business, or similar.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience with B2B marketing, preferably in an international context and very preferably from a SaaS company.
  • Documented experience with strategic marketing planning, campaign execution, and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • The ability to collect and translate customer data into sharp marketing strategies and effective campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, inbound marketing, and digital campaign tools.
  • Fluent Danish and English in writing and speaking – and preferably knowledge of Norwegian and Swedish.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A creative approach to generating relevant leads in markets that are constantly changing.
