Job Summary
Looking for a performance-driven Growth Manager with hands-on experience managing marketing spends, campaign optimisation, and category communication across quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, BB Now, Instamart. This role involves owning end-to-end growth and revenue on these channels, managing daily/weekly spends and ROI, running high-impact campaigns, coordinating with category and marketing teams, leading joint business planning, and analyzing SKU-level and city-level performance for sustainable growth.
Must Have
- 4–5 years in Quick Commerce growth/marketing (Zepto, Blinkit, BB, Instamart etc.)
- Experience in campaign optimisation & marketing spend management
- Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in highly dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Data-driven: strong ability to read and optimise numbers rapidly

This role owns the sustainable growth on all quick commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end growth and revenue on quick commerce channels.
- Manage daily/weekly spends, ROI and performance optimisation.
- Run high-impact campaigns, promotions, and visibility plans.
- Coordinate with Category Teams & Marketing Teams of Blinkit/Zepto for promotions, NPDs, negotiations, and visibility slots.
- Lead joint business planning, sell-through improvement and replenishment models.
- Analyse SKU-level, city-level and cohort performance for sustainable growth.
- Improve contribution margin by optimising promo spends & marketing investments.
- Build internal processes to manage dynamic Q-commerce environments.
- If experienced, also handle D2C campaign optimisation for synergy across channels.
- Strong cross-functional ownership: supply, finance, marketing, operations.
Must-Have Requirements
