Randstad Talent Selection is looking for a Sales professional for a leading company in the import and distribution of ethnic food. The role involves commercial development, new client acquisition, consolidating existing client portfolios, managing the entire sales process, collaborating with the marketing team, and reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the food and wine sector, with strong negotiation and autonomous work management skills.
Must Have
- Commercial development and new client acquisition in the assigned territory
- Consolidate active client portfolio
- Follow the entire sales process from acquisition to retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team for commercial strategy definition
- Reporting and data analysis activities
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in the food sector
- Experience in B2B sales in the food and wine industry
- Experience in commercial negotiations
- Ability to manage work autonomously
- Operational knowledge of CRM systems

Full-time hours 40 h from Monday to Friday
Workplace: Rome - Tor Cervara area
Area of competence: LAZIO - daily transfers expected
Annual remuneration: €28000 - €34000

What will be your responsibilities?
The Sales we are looking for will be inserted into a team of 10 resources and will be responsible for:
commercial development in the territory of competence and acquisition of new clients
consolidate active client portfolio
follow the entire sales process from acquisition to retention
collaborate with the marketing team for the definition of commercial strategies
reporting and data analysis activities
- ### qualifications
The Sales we are looking for has the following requirements:
previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role and in the FOOD sector
experience in B2B sales in the food and wine world - familiarity and knowledge of ethnic food will be considered a plus
experience in commercial negotiations
ability to manage work autonomously
operational knowledge of CRM systems
The profile is completed by a strong sense of responsibility, results orientation, excellent problem-solving skills and a spirit of collaboration.
