Must Have

  • Optimize sourcing channels, tools, and platforms in synergy with Recruitment Marketing and Procurement teams.
  • Create candidate pipelines to meet diverse company needs.
  • Produce and share corporate reports, providing insights and data analysis to stakeholders.
  • Expertise in sourcing methodology and search optimization criteria (Boolean, X-Ray).
  • Proven experience in sharing talent pipelines via various channels (e.g., social media).
  • Ability to dialogue and discuss recruitment strategies with various interlocutors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and share market data.
  • Proven experience in recruiting candidates through diverse sources and managing high-volume and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint to leverage data from ATS, CRM, and other sources.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English.
  • Bachelors or equivalent education.

  • ### Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • In close synergy with the Recruitment Marketing and Procurement teams, you will work to optimize sourcing channels, tools, and platforms.
  • In collaboration with the recruitment team, you will create candidate pipelines capable of responding to various company needs.
  • Produce and share corporate reports with various stakeholders, providing insights and data analysis.
  • Expertise in sourcing methodology and search optimization criteria (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.) with proven experience in sharing talent pipelines through various channels (e.g., social media).
  • Proactivity in meetings, projects, and initiatives carried out with the European sourcing team.
  • Training and support for team members.
