Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Hyperconnect will be responsible for tech recruitment and strategy, including talent pool building and process optimization. This role involves partnering with Hiring Managers, understanding business direction for hiring planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Candidates should have around 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech, with strong data-driven recruitment, problem-solving, collaboration, and English communication skills.

Must Have

  • Establish tech recruitment and strategy (including channel discovery, talent pool building)
  • Operate and optimize recruitment process
  • Build partnerships with Hiring Managers
  • Understand and manage hiring planning, forecasting, budgeting
  • Around 4 years of recruitment experience in a foreign company
  • Possess data-driven recruitment experience (interpret and utilize data)
  • Experience understanding business direction and planning/executing recruitment
  • Ability to grasp context, identify problems, analyze, and propose solutions
  • Collaboration skills with various stakeholders
  • Fast learning ability
  • English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish tech recruitment and recruitment strategies for Hyperconnect (including discovering various channels and building a talent pool)

  • Execute other recruitment-related projects

Requirements

  • Around 4 years of recruitment experience in a foreign company (Tech recruitment experience preferred)
  • Possession of data-driven recruitment experience - essential ability to interpret and utilize data
  • Experience understanding the company's business direction and situation, and planning and executing recruitment based on it
  • Ability to grasp context, identify problems, analyze them from various perspectives, and propose solutions
  • Collaboration skills with various stakeholders
  • Fast learning ability
  • English communication skills

Hiring Process

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Recruitment Process: Document screening > Recruiter Call > 1st Interview > 2nd Interview > 3rd Interview > Final Offer (* The process may be added/changed if necessary.)
  • For document screening, only successful candidates will be notified individually.
