Job Summary

The Senior Associate I - Human Capital at PwC Pakistan provides comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, induction, organization development, and core HR operations. This role involves managing trainee programs, end-to-end recruitment, coordinating training, handling onboarding/exit processes, preparing various employee letters, managing intern data, providing payroll inputs, and overseeing health insurance administration. The position requires a Master's in HR with 3-4 years of experience, strong stakeholder management, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerBI, and HR analytics.

Must Have

  • Manage semi-annual trainee induction programs for CA, ACCA, and GP candidates
  • Handle end-to-end firm-level recruitment
  • Coordinate and support employer branding initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions
  • Coordinate and support organization development initiatives in Lahore office
  • Prepare and circulate post-training feedback forms
  • Onboarding: verify employment forms, assist with bank account setup, enroll in IGI health insurance, and create Workday IDs
  • Exit/Clearance: process clearance forms, provide HC clearances, update leavers’ records in workday
  • Settlements: coordinate with Accounts on Final settlements
  • Letters: prepare letters for appointments, experience, promotion, internship, visa, and bonus letters and maintenance of employee personal files
  • Internships: maintain intern data, allocate interns, and ensure documentation completion
  • Payroll Data: provide Accounts with accurate input on joiners, leavers, promotions, transfer and joining bonuses
  • Monthly Headcount/Staff List: prepare and share monthly headcount reports
  • Increments: prepare increment sheets for all LOS, track completion, and coordinate disbursement with Accounts
  • Handle employee queries on insurance, benefits, and general HC matters while providing Workday support
  • Manage health insurance claims end-to-end
  • Support performance appraisal process by tracking Feedback Exchange submissions and manager approvals
  • Master’s degree in human resources
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong hands-on experience in Excel, including advanced functions
  • Hands-on experience on PowerBi dashboards
  • Experience in HR analytics, leveraging data insights to support talent management and data-driven decision-making

This role ensures accurate Workday administration, compliant processes, high data integrity, and strong stakeholder coordination across Lahore with specific oversight of ICAP trainee processes and health insurance administration

What you’ll do:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage semi-annual trainee induction programs for CA, ACCA, and GP candidates, including shortlisting, administering tests, scheduling manager/partner interviews, issuing offers, creating offer letters, and Workday ID creation.
  • Handle end-to-end firm level recruitment by generating job requisitions, shortlisting candidates, coordination for interviews, managing offers, and onboard new hires.
  • Coordinate and support employer branding initiatives.

Organization Development

  • Plan and coordinate training sessions in coordination with the HR and LnE Team.
  • Coordinate and support organization development initiatives in Lahore office.
  • Prepare and circulate post-training feedback forms, provide data inputs and confirmations for the AQI Dashboard, and deliver on-ground training support, trainer coordination, materials readiness, and post-session follow-up

HC Operations

  • Onboarding: verify employment forms, assist with bank account setup, enroll in IGI health insurance, and create Workday IDs.
  • Exit/Clearance: process clearance forms, provide HC clearances, update leavers’ records in workday.
  • Settlements: coordinate with Accounts on Final settlements.
