Must Have

• University degree in Law
• Profound knowledge in Ukrainian corporate and employment law
• 6+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm with successful project delivery
• In-depth experience in business setup/closure, employment, and immigration law projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams
• Profound communication and presentation skills
• Strong client handling and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
• Ukrainian - native/fluent
• English – upper-intermediate/advanced

• 6+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• In-depth experience in projects related to setting up and closing down businesses in Ukraine, as well as projects in the areas of employment and immigration law.
