Job Summary

The PwC Operate Application Management Services (AMS) team is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics F&O Technical Developer - Senior Associate. This role involves providing technical support for Dynamics 365 FinOps, maintaining environments, utilizing LCS for diagnostics, and integrating with Azure Logic Apps. The developer will debug, troubleshoot performance issues, and proactively monitor the D365FO environment, acting as a technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Must Have

  • Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 FinOps, utilizing expertise in debugging and problem-solving techniques.
  • Maintain and manage D365 FinOps environments, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Utilize Life Cycle Services (LCS) to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, leveraging LCS tools effectively for system diagnostics.
  • Experience in working with Azure Logic Apps and integrating them with D365FO operations when necessary.
  • Understand and resolve issues related to performance, configuration, or D365FO operations.
  • Utilize debugging tools like trace parser and KSQL effectively to identify and rectify technical issues.
  • Proactively monitor the D365FO environment and processes, ensuring system efficiency.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing consistent updates.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 FinOps in a support or development role.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Logic Apps, LCS diagnostics, and other related technologies.
  • Proven experience in bug fixing, issue tracing, and using debug tools like trace parser and KSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong technical mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

About the team

The PwC Operate Application Management Services (AMS) is looking to recruit individuals with a proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will be joining an established team of Support Consultants who provide support and enhancement services to Dynamics clients in the UK and overseas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 FinOps (Finance and Operation), utilizing expertise in debugging and problem-solving techniques to manage issues effectively.
  • Maintain and manage D365 FinOps environments, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Utilize Life Cycle Services (LCS) to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, leveraging LCS tools effectively for system diagnostics.
  • Experience in working with Azure Logic Apps and integrating them with D365FO operations when necessary.
  • Understand and resolve issues related to performance, configuration, or D365FO operations, ensuring minimal downtime and loss of productivity.
  • Utilize debugging tools like trace parser and KSQL effectively to identify and rectify technical issues related to D365FO operations.
  • Proactively monitor the D365FO environment and processes, ensuring system efficiency and identifying patterns that could lead to potential issues.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing consistent updates regarding bug fixes, technical difficulties, and general queries.

Qualifications and Skills:
