JIRA Developer

VAM Systems is seeking a Full-time JIRA Developer for its UAE operations. The role involves designing, configuring, and customizing Jira workflows, developing automation rules, and implementing ITSM processes. Responsibilities also include building dashboards, supporting process digitalization, troubleshooting Jira issues, and collaborating with teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.

Must Have

• Design, configure, and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permissions.
• Develop Jira automation rules and integrations with internal systems.
• Implement ITSM processes (Incidents, Requests, Changes) within Jira.
• Build dashboards and reports for IT and business stakeholders.
• Support process digitalization and workflow optimization across departments.
• Troubleshoot Jira issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.

Good to Have

• SharePoint development experience
