Accounts Payable Intern

This Accounts Payable Intern position at Roborock in Beijing involves assisting with payment application forms, managing and verifying invoices, and organizing original vouchers. Job Responsibilities:

1. Payment application form production: Assist in producing supply chain procurement payment application forms and registering payment application ledgers.

2. Invoice signing, management, and verification.

3. Other tasks: Assist in organizing and binding original vouchers, and complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional literacy: Undergraduate or postgraduate, majoring in accounting or finance, or with a high passion for the accounting field.

2. Personality traits: Possess structured thinking, excellent self-drive, good at problem-solving, with an outgoing, meticulous, serious personality, and good communication skills preferred.

3. Experience background: Familiar with SAP, prior internships in manufacturing, internet, or accounting firms, or having passed some CPA subjects preferred.

4. Internship duration: Able to work full-time five days a week, continuously intern for 3-6 months, and able to start as soon as possible preferred.

Other Information:

1. Benefits: 200 CNY/day for postgraduates, 150 CNY/day for undergraduates. Work from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, clock out at 7 PM after dinner. The company has a canteen, lunch is self-paid, dinner is free.
