Job Summary

The Vice President / Deputy General Manager will oversee the entire business process from product planning, R&D, production, and quality control to brand building, marketing, and sales strategy to achieve sales targets. This role involves leading market research, product portfolio planning, and pricing strategies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for factory operations, optimizing production efficiency, and managing brand marketing across various channels, including digital and social media, while ensuring compliance with high-end food-grade production standards.

Must Have

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's development strategy and sales targets, comprehensively manage the entire business process from product planning, research and development, production, quality control to brand building, market promotion, and listing strategy, to achieve sales targets.

2. Lead market research and consumer insights, plan the company's product portfolio and launch rhythm, determine product positioning, pricing strategy, and differentiated selling points.

3. Be fully responsible for the daily operations of the factory, ensuring that production plans are completed on time, in quantity, and with quality, optimizing production efficiency, and reducing production costs.

4. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company's brand system, lead the formulation of brand marketing and publicity plans, comprehensively utilize digital marketing, public relations, social media, offline activities, and other means to achieve both brand effect and sales performance, providing decision-making basis for product iteration and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; Food Science and Engineering, (Traditional Chinese) Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, and other related majors are preferred.

2. 10+ years of work experience in tonic, health products, pharmaceutical, or healthy food industries are preferred.

3. 5+ years of middle to senior management experience in medium-sized and above enterprises, with experience in product, market, and supply chain fields preferred.

4. Proficient in the characteristics of the tonic industry, familiar with market conditions and supply risks of common raw materials.

5. Understand high-end food-grade production standards.

6. Possess business process integration capabilities, able to utilize and collaborate with sales to open up end-to-end value chains, and have a keen sense of the market.
