Job Summary

This internship involves assisting in drafting, revising, and perfecting various company official documents such as notices, reports, requests, letters, minutes, work plans, summaries, press releases, and promotional materials. Responsibilities also include collecting, organizing, compiling, and basic analysis of internal departmental documents, as well as standardizing, typesetting, and tracking document circulation. Candidates should possess excellent written communication skills, basic knowledge of official document formats, strong information processing, learning, and comprehension abilities, along with meticulousness, responsibility, good communication, and proactive work ethic.

Job Description

Document Writing Intern Recruitment Notice

I. Basic Position Information

  • Position Name: Document Writing Intern
  • Internship Department: Integrated Management Department
  • Number of Recruits: 1
  • Internship Nature: Internship, at least 3 days per week, internship period no less than 2 months.
  • Work Location: Yuedong Xinmenxi Industrial Park

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in drafting, revising, and perfecting various company official documents, including but not limited to: notices, reports, requests, letters, minutes, work plans, summaries, press releases, promotional materials, etc.

2. Participate in the collection, organization, compilation, and basic analysis of internal departmental documents. Assist in the standardized proofreading, typesetting, and circulation tracking of official documents.

3. Assist in completing other administrative support tasks related to text processing assigned by the department.

III. Core Job Requirements

  • Education and Major: Undergraduate students or fresh graduates.
  • Preferred Majors: Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese, Secretarial Studies, Journalism, Editing and Publishing, Applied Linguistics, and related majors.
  • Ability Requirements:
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Possess good grammar and rhetoric foundation, fluent, accurate, rigorous writing, and clear logic.
  • Basic Knowledge of Official Documents: Understand the basic formats, writing norms, and requirements for commonly used official documents in party/government agencies or enterprises. Relevant course study or practical experience is preferred.
  • Information Processing Ability: Able to quickly collect, digest, integrate information, and extract key points.
  • Learning and Comprehension Ability: Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand business, and adapt to different styles and requirements of official document writing.
